You love and know how to actively influence business practice and decisions
And have the courage and competence to challenge customers status quo
You explain the business value of a delivered Salesforce solution to stakeholders
And manage to engage with our customers senior management
You thrive managing large CRM projects and bring customer data to life
You understand the power of sharing knowledge
And you absolutely love to make fantastic customer experiences
You have done CRM consulting for at least 3-5 years already.
… after 6 month’s?
You are familiar with our organizations and our great friends in Salesforce
You have gained the relevant Salesforce certificates if you don’t have them already
You help our customers with sales, service and marketing processes
You are involved in one or several customer projects
… after 12 month’s?
You are the lead on several projects and you regularly influence senior stakeholders
You manage one or several large CRM projects in our Nordic organisation
You share your great knowledge on a regular basis
