Job Description

We are looking to hire for permanent roles within TCS:

Responsibilities in this position include:

- A JEE 6 Developer should be a highly skilled and technically competent team member, who can demonstrate the following:

An in-depth understanding of the Java programming language.

An in-depth understanding of Java Enterprise software.

Competencies with related software such as databases, application servers etc.

Strong knowledge of application lifecycle from requirements through to testing and deployment, and the related tools used.

- Developer should have at least 7-8 years experience working on enterprise software and be able to solve complex technical problems, and read and interpret design documents.

- Developer should have 3-4 years of work experience of JSF and AJAX.

Desired Skills & Experience

IDE – Eclipse

Repository tools – Subversion, Nexus

Build Tools - Apache Maven, Apache Ant

Database – Oracle 11g

Application Server – Weblogic 11g

XHTML/CSS/AJAX

Web Services/ JAX-WS

XML – WSDL, XSD and JAXB

UML

Good analytical skills.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Deep experience of developing JEE Web and Enterprise Business applications.

Experienced in working in a continuous integration environment and version control

Good team member.

Good to have:

Sun Certifications – SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD.

OSB, JRules, and OBPM.

JSF Trinidad 1.2

Javascript framework - JQuery

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record in building low maintenance GUI frameworks from scratch.

About the job:

We are looking for a talented full-time mobile developer with a professional attitude and good analytical abilities. Your job will be to develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The applications involve a high load of server communication and the job will also include writing server side code which accesses and updates data in a database.

About you:
You must have experience developing mobile applications for iOS and preferably also for Android. Good knowledge of Objective-C is required, especially memory management. You must also have experience with server side communication and writing server side code which accesses a database. You must have a scientific education within software engineering with good results, such as an engineer, datalog, ITU or similar. You must be very ambitious and able to work independently. You can document good results from your education and from your career. If you have experience with game development it is a plus. If you are very creative and a good games designer it is also a plus.
