Development and support trainee-Computer Student

Title: Development and support traineeWe are recruiting a Computer Science student or recent graduate to join our development and support team. The position is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

    * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve support issues
    * Test, recreate and solve customer issues in virtual test environments
    * Assist the software engineers in coding patches for software bugs
    * Eventually begin developing features and modules for one or more products

The ideal candidate would have:
    * Uncanny ability and desire to learn new technologies
    * Experience with Microsoft .Net technologies with some programming skills, preferably in C#.
    * Some knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server, SQL server experience and coding in ASP.NET/   XML, CSS, HTML and JavaScript desirable but not a requirement
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
