Students for internal IT Department- Pricewaterhouse Coopers

Have you completed the basic course Pål IT Supporter Training so you might be the student we are looking for our internal IT department.
As a student in our internal IT department, you will become a part of our support functions and take care of general support tasks such as supply of equipment, installation of PCs, support, and error correction of our IT equipment. You will need to work in our IT hotline, which is a 'single point-of-contact' helpdesk with the objective of maximum tasks solved at first contact.
Job profile and skills: We imagine that you have completed the basic course for IT Supporter Training and that you always wanted to work with IT. That you are service minded and likes when things are going strong. You must make a pride in delivering good quality, which is done by you quality ensures your own work. This is an independent job and it is therefore important that you thrive this and that you take responsibility for task solution.
You will be a part of a team that is focused on completing our tasks effectively, it is adaptable and like that day is different.
It is important that you speak and write fluent English and Danish.
