Booking Coordinator in Copenhagen

Booking Coordinator, Bella Sky Comwell Hotel Copenhagen

Responsibilities:
Handling of incoming inquiries and reservations per. phone and from the web
Creating and monitoring of reservations in Opera
Participation in the ongoing optimization of Bella Sky Comwell room booking
Close dialogue with the Bella Center congress department and Comwell conference booking and sales department
Drafting of confirmations and special offers
Updating and maintaining database
Various statistics and reports
Ad-hoc tasks.

has broad industry experience from booking department
have a good IT knowledge, especially Opera and Office suite is a must
have strong oral and written communication skills

are quality conscious and result oriented
by the presence and precision creates harmony
speak and understand Danish and has a good knowledge of English and Nordic languages.
