Software and Peripherals Product Specialist
Dell A/S is looking for a Software and Peripherals Product Specialist (S&P) to support the SMB team (Small and Medium Business). Your focus will be to drive the S&P mix and S&P revenue within the overall Dell business. The position will be based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
Drive increased sales of Software & Peripherals with the SMB sales team, achieving forecast in revenue, margin and units
Sell Software & Peripherals by responding to inbound or placing outbound calls to customers.
Provide technical and administrative information and price quotes to account teams & customers
Answer account team & customer questions regarding Dell products and recommend solutions
Close sales and process customer orders.
Own and drive S&P campaigns, programs and events for the SMB business you are supporting.
Drive online S&P pen rate and mix, achieving online forecasts in Revenue, margin and units.
Drive & support Accreditation/Certification programs for Internal Sales Representatives and Technical Sales Representatives across applicable vendors.
Develop relationships & escalation points across vendors deemed as strategic to Dell.
Reporting on team performance
Meeting and exceeding stipulated goals

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years of work/sales experience, ideally 1-2 years of related, industry or segment experience
We prefer that you have a higher education, for example a bachelor degree
You are motivated for creating good results for you and others – are outgoing and a winner mentality
You talk and write either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
You master English well since it is our corporate language
Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the customer and uses in-depth knowledge of Dell’s S&P solutions to help customers formulate strategy and direction
Complete understanding of SMB S&P product/service offerings
Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions
Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.
Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs.
Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
Effectively balances short term and long term priorities.
Keeps account team up to speed on new S&P products/services and how they can integrate in Dell solutions
