For our client the ISS Group we are seeking an Executive Secretary/ Assistant to Group Operations located in the heart of Copenhagen. Group Operations are responsible for operations in more than 50 countries in the ISS Group, and you will report directly to the Regional CEO - Central Europe.

Position
Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative support to Group Operations
Preparing and making travel arrangements
Organising meetings, conference calls, seminars and events
Assisting in the preparation of presentations
Managing correspondence with more than 50 countries
Translation assignments
Maintaining documentation, i.e. Corporate Governance
Managing part-time student assistant

Your profile
You possess extensive experience as Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary of a corporate function in an international environment or similar, and your background supports this field of work. For example, you have a degree in office administration, International Business Communication, Legal Secretary or equivalent. You master English fluently in both writing and speech. However, we speak Danish at the office so you speak, read and write this comfortably. Your IT skills are good and you are an experienced Microsoft Office Package user.
On the personal level, you are service-minded, have great administrative skills as well as a high energy level. Your way of working is characterised by being extremely structured, and you focus on details without losing the greater perspective. You are proactive, extrovert and well aware of how to act as an Executive Secretary/Assistant at all levels of the organisation. Further, you are seen as a pragmatic “do’er”, who is able to prioritise and make things happen.
