Guest Services, check in and out, ad hoc queries, etc.

Daily receptionist tasks

Booking of rooms for meetings and conferences and parties

Communication and good dialogue with the other departments

To ensure the best guest service and maintain the good quality

You:

is skilled receptionist or have experience of working from a hotel reception / booking

is calm and can keep track - even in the busiest periods * are independent and not afraid to take on new tasks

are flexible, positive and professional

has a special ability to provide a fantastic service
