Your Responsibilities
The Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for the technical operation of applications / services operated on a server based infrastructure. The Technical Service Coordinator compiles (or coordinates the compilation) and maintains the documentation (service manual, service tree, application-specific devices). The job owner opens and deals with incident- and problem tickets, documents the activities via a change, is responsible for the operational concepts and the support of certain ITSM processes. Your Profile
university degree or apprenticeship completed or similar
