GN ReSound is looking for a Customer Service Manager within Global Distributor Sales. You will work in and lead a busy customer service team (seven direct reports) that provides first class working relationships with our international customer base across over 70 countries and delivers excellence in all aspects of customer service – all together with our international sales team and our distribution centers in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a person who is up for the challenges.

The position reports to the General Manager, Global Distributor Sales and is located at our global headquarters in Ballerup.

The job On the job you will:

Be overall responsible for all customer service matters and you will proactively manage issues related to product and service deliveries to our customers with the aim of exceeding their expectations.

Be coordinating with both sales team and distribution centers to ensure efficient product and service deliveries to our customers.

Lead, manage, and develop the independent and skilled customer service team through coaching, guiding, and training.

Proactively optimize existing and develop new service concepts that improve our ability to support our customers.

Continue developing and supporting a culture of customer focus and commitment.

Enjoy freedom to operate and will be able to perform your tasks independently.

Work closely with your colleagues in Global Distributor Sales and in other departments.

Be a part of the management team of Global Distributor Sales.

The person

The ideal candidate has a solid background in leadership and customer service from a multinational company including a well-developed understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications

Experience from a similar position is strongly preferred and a clear advantage.

Experience with Navision preferred.

Fluent written and spoken: English and Danish.

SAP BW/BI Developer

SAP BW/BI Developer - Maersk Line, Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for 2 new SAP BW Developers to strengthen our Business Warehouse (BW) team. The Business Warehouse Team consists of 7 people, and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the SAP BW solution, which is used for advanced financial reporting within Maersk Line, Damco, and other business units.

General areas of responsibility
- Timely execution of the assigned developments on our SAP BW platform (3.5 & 7.0).
- Manage customer requirements in coordination with BW Business Process Experts.
- Create and maintain data structures (ODS, InfoCubes & Multi-providers).
- Develop functional and technical specifications, and completes object development and testing.
- Design and execute testing plans to validate the data integrity and that reports are meeting business requirements.
- Knowledge sharing within the team and helping on common issues for improving the BW solution.
- Continuously support and communicate with our off-site load monitoring team.
- Handle BW reports maintenance requirements from business.
- Monitor and optimize SAP BW platform.

The right candidate

* At least 2 - 3 years of SAP BW back-end development experience (3.5 or higher), covering implementation of complete data flows (business content and customized solutions).
* ABAP development skills in BW.
* Experience in maintaining a global high data volume BW system.
* Preferable front-end experience in Business Explorer and Business Object.
* Preferable experience in one or more of our business areas OTC, RTP and ATR
* Effectively express and present ideas/information within the team.
* Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyse reporting needs.
* Makes timely decisions to meet requirements, timeline and expectations.
* Fluent in verbal and written English.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Has self-motivating and pro-active nature.
