Customer Service Manager - Ballerup - GN ReSound - Denmark
GN ReSound is looking for a Customer Service Manager within Global Distributor Sales. You will work in and lead a busy customer service team (seven direct reports) that provides first class working relationships with our international customer base across over 70 countries and delivers excellence in all aspects of customer service – all together with our international sales team and our distribution centers in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a person who is up for the challenges.
The position reports to the General Manager, Global Distributor Sales and is located at our global headquarters in Ballerup.
The job On the job you will:
Be overall responsible for all customer service matters and you will proactively manage issues related to product and service deliveries to our customers with the aim of exceeding their expectations.
Be coordinating with both sales team and distribution centers to ensure efficient product and service deliveries to our customers.
Lead, manage, and develop the independent and skilled customer service team through coaching, guiding, and training.
Proactively optimize existing and develop new service concepts that improve our ability to support our customers.
Continue developing and supporting a culture of customer focus and commitment.
Enjoy freedom to operate and will be able to perform your tasks independently.
Work closely with your colleagues in Global Distributor Sales and in other departments.
Be a part of the management team of Global Distributor Sales.

The person
The ideal candidate has a solid background in leadership and customer service from a multinational company including a well-developed understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications
Experience from a similar position is strongly preferred and a clear advantage.
Experience with Navision preferred.
Fluent written and spoken: English and Danish.

Manage customer service processes and procedures effectively and to initiate projects for improvement.
Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
