The Department seeks Academic Officer to undertake a new exciting feature, where the objective is
to strengthen the economic process of Self-Funded construction projects. Thus you will have the
task of ensuring that rules are followed in construction projects and closing projects accounting
purposes as soon as possible. Additionally, you help to coordinate the budget work and write
policy responses relating to the Department of Housing, Infrastructure and Transport's responsibilities.
You will report to the Head of the Division of Services, Finance and Personnel and becomes part of
the joint team that manages the tasks and goals within the department. It is also this team that will in-
aid you in hectic periods.
AC agent's duties:
- Ensure that site allocations disposed according to established rules
- Controlling of construction projects
- Follow-up of construction projects to be completed by close cooperation with external managers
- Developing guidelines, etc.
- Development of economy system within plants Time / case
- Advice concerning. plant cases
- Budget Work
- Co-ordinate and write political responses
Qualifications:
- Academic higher education in economics.
- Distribute to have knowledge and experience with ERP system XAL construction module Time / Case.
- Distribute to have knowledge of experience in financial management within the site.
- Good for coordination.
- Good to communicate both orally as writing and collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Loyal, enterprising, independent and stable.
- Orderly and service.
Wages and employment:
The position paid as AC - proxy in accordance with the agreement between Naalakkersuisut and
Djøf.
There are not assigned staff housing for the position and if an applicant already has staff
housing through employment in the PA, the home continued in the post.
