Vattenfall-IT is the internal IT provider for the entire Vattenfall Group including Nuon.

Your Responsibilities

The Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for the technical operation of applications / services operated on a server based infrastructure. The Technical Service Coordinator compiles (or coordinates the compilation) and maintains the documentation (service manual, service tree, application-specific devices). The job owner opens and deals with incident- and problem tickets, documents the activities via a change, is responsible for the operational concepts and the support of certain ITSM processes. This includes operation, administration and monitoring of applications and services. The Technical Service Coordinator also contributes to projects and supports service /delivery responsible persons.

Your Profile

university degree or apprenticeship completed or similar

several years of experience

basic general background in IT infrastructure (DNS, network, routing, proxy, data bases, active directory, clients, ...) including security

deep knowledge and experience in OS administration (MS and/or Unix, including virtual environments)

Good knowledge in ITIL

Experience in incident, configuration and change management as well as in problem management by solving general technical problems

Good communication- and basic project management skills

Good background in storage- and backup-technologies and tools

The ability to build trust and confidence and to be a team player in an international team

Fluent in English, capabilities in Dutch, German or Swedish are a plus
