The service department at our global head office in Brande, we seek a SCADA network specialist for support and monitoring of our SCADA network systems, including turbine internal network and external VPN access networks.

Your tasks

The SCADA network specialist, your duties include include:

• Support and troubleshooting of components in our turbine network

• Responsibility for the release and implementation of IOS and firmware updates of SCADA networks

• Collecting and analyzing feedback of operational data from the installed SCADA systems for development and security optimization

• Support and education of our regional SCADA support personnel

• Collaboration with our R & D network department about optimization of existing installations and development of new network topologies and product choices for future topologies

Your profile

You have a technical degree or background and a wide knowledge of MS Server 2003, IP networking and configuration of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls (CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP). Plus you have experience with support of IT systems and the like SCADA systems.

As a person you have strong analytical skills and a structured and detail oriented approach to your work. You are a dedicated team player who knows how to work independently. Further you are a skilled communicator who is good at networking, and you thrive in an international organization. You are fluent in technical English in both written and spoken.
